HOW LATE CAN A ORDER BE PLACED?

LuxeLoveMax accepts all majort credit cards. We do not accept PayPal for the moment. Also if you have our store gift certificate.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

HAVING PROBLEMS PLACING MY ORDER AND IT WON'T GO THROUH? 

If you are having problems with you order, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. You may also Contact Us.

WHAT DAYS ARE SHIPMENT?

Domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). We ship out only on business days which does not incude Sarturday and Sunday. If you want a item to be sent to you on a weekend please email us. For holidays please make your purchase early to beat the traffic. We will have a notification if we are closed on certain Holidays.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a email confirmation once your order has been received.  The confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package once your order has been shipped.

WHAT TIME DOES MY ORDER HAVE TO BE SUBMITTED IN ORDER TO BE SHIP OUT TODAY?

All orders must be submitted by noon (12:00 pm) Eastern Standard Time Zone in order to ship the same day. If the order is placed after noon, it will likely ship out the next business day.

I HAVE ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM/SIZE BY MISTAKE. CAN I EDIT MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are not able to modify your order. Upon purchasing do call us, we can post void or return. You can then place a new order for the correct product. When your order arrives, please follow exchange instructions for a exchange or storedredit .

All available sizes are displayed online. We do not stock merchandise in large quantities. If your size is not showing up, it is unfortunately out of stock. We do our best to restock the best sellers. Please email us, if you need more information on a specific product.

We ship worldwide! All international order are subject to their own taxes, customs fees or any other charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Please make sure to submit the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost. Once your package leaves our premise we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you agree to allow us to send for you. Once we send the liability is between you and USPS.
