HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

 We will gladly accept your return for a *Exchange* or *Store Credit only*.  

RETURNED ITEMS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS

We accept exchange return within 7 days from receiving the Merchandise.

  • Merchandise must be received unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. No Make Up Stains, Odor, Unworn Condition With Original Packaging.
  • Shoes Must Be In Their Original Box.
  • Non-Returnable Lingerie, Bodysuits, Swimwear, Items On Sale, Undergarments, Accessories, And Normal Gowns. 
  •  Merchandise must have all tags, including any Luxe Love Max hangtags  attached. 
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or reimbursement of any kind..
  • Store Credit can only be used online at our website www.luxelovemax.com

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

  • Once receiving your package, your exchange will be processed within 3 - 4 business days. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned for an exchange item.
  • However, in many cases it depends how quickly we receive your items. When receiving  your merchandise we will try our best to process it quicklly.
  • If you have requested a refund with manager approval, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

MAKING AN EXCHANGE

  • Include invoice with your exchange. Make a copy for your record.
  • Write “Reason for Exchange” on the back of your invoice. If you can't send the invoice, on paper write reason for exchange. Please include your order number, billing name & address. 
  • Item should be pack in the original packaging. With tags attached in original condition.
  • Customer pays for all shipping fees.
  • Use traceable & Insurable shipping service for your return to monitor tracking delivery status.
  • To monitor delivery status keep the return tracking number.
  • If packages are lost or stolen we are not responsible please contact shipping service.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

Goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. Products are packaged carefully to ensure a minimal chance of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact LuxeLoveMax upon arrival to be eligible for an exchange. If we accidentally sent you the wrong item, we will replace at no charge. If you want to return the item and do not want the item replaced, we will refund the shipping cost as a store credit with the Store Manager’s approval.

Subject to the grounds: If UPS ground or FedEx ground is used, full amount will be reimbursed. If Overnight, Priority, 2 day, or 3 day services is used, only the amount UPS ground would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you in the form of store credit not the actual amount you spent. Please include all original packaging. Please a attach a note to your receipt explaining the defect of the item shipped in error.
